Feeder Handler Demonstration Day February 2016
Over 100 people attended our feeder demonstration day at Redhouse farm Aberhasfesp in February which was kindly hosted by D R Owen and family. We were lucky to have the first dry day with sunshine in February and there was a lot of interest in all the equipment on demonstration.
Demonstrations took place in the morning and in the afternoon with successful demonstrations of Kuhn 1870 TMR Mixer complete with blower system – this performed exceptionally well in addition to the Kuhn 3570. It was great to have Dave Rose and Steve Carver from Kuhn on hand to help with the demonstration and answer questions. Andy Bolan from Wiedemann had brought Wiedemann telehandler loaders including the 5522 which was used to load the units as well as additional Weidemann units on static display.
The Wessex Hustler CI machine was also demonstrating feeding and bedding and also an SL450. Steve Davies from MX Handling was on hand with The MX feeding bucket illustrated feeding of clamp sileage plus concentrated roots.
